Reid Castellano spent twelve years running operations for consumer brands, the last four as Chief Operating Officer of a skincare company he helped take from $19M to $60M in revenue. Along the way he rebuilt demand planning twice, fired two third-party logistics providers, and learned most of what he now teaches by getting it wrong first.

Since 2023 he has spoken at more than fifty conferences and run in-house workshops for over thirty leadership teams, all on a single subject: the operational ceiling consumer brands hit somewhere between $10M and $50M, when the company is still being run out of a few people's heads. His talks are practical, specific, and light on frameworks.

He deliberately keeps one operating client at a time so the material stays current. He lives in Providence, Rhode Island, and can usually be found somewhere near a warehouse.
