Windfall LLC, doing business as Windfall Studio ("Windfall," "we," "our," or "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at windfallsites.com (the "Site") and in the course of providing our website design and subscription services (the "Services"), and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact or intake forms, book a call, or email us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company or practice name, and details about your work and what you're looking for.

Executive Presence Score. If you use our Executive Presence Score tool, we collect the answers and contact information you submit. To prepare your report, we also review publicly available information about your professional presence — such as search results, your website, and your LinkedIn profile. We send your report by email and keep your information in our lead records so we can follow up.

Booking information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and selected time to set up the meeting.

Project materials. If you become a client, we collect the content needed to build your website: photos, logos, business information, and copy.

Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Your payment and billing details — including the phone number Stripe requests at checkout — go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank details.

Usage information. Like most websites, our hosting platform automatically logs basic technical information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. We use this only in aggregate to understand how the Site is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, deliver Executive Presence Score results, schedule and hold calls you book, provide and maintain the Services, send project updates and service communications, bill subscriptions, and improve the Site and our offering. If you've inquired about our Services or used our tools, we may follow up by email; you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link where provided.

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run third-party advertising, ad pixels, or invasive analytics on the Site.

4. When We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our website hosting platform, form and email tools, our scheduling provider (Cal.com), and Stripe for payments — and only as needed to provide the Services. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.

We use professional AI tools (such as Claude and ChatGPT) to help with drafting, design, and research, and information you share with us may be processed by those tools as part of our work. We do not use these tools to sell or advertise with your information. If you prefer we not use AI tools with your information, email us at info@windfallsites.com and we will accommodate.

A note for visitors to websites we've built: websites we design for clients are owned and operated by those clients. Information you submit on a client's website — including accounts you create or gated content you access there — goes to that business and is governed by their practices, not this policy.

5. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and Executive Presence Score information in our lead records for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client project materials are retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to support handoff or reactivation. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).

6. Cookies

The Site uses only the minimal cookies and similar technologies required by our hosting platform for core functionality — such as remembering preferences and serving pages efficiently. We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels, or invasive analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will continue to work with cookies disabled.

7. Data Security

We use reputable, professionally managed platforms for hosting, email, scheduling, and payments, and limit access to your information to what's needed to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions appropriate to the nature of the information we handle.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@windfallsites.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
